2. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked through our platform. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable once the session has started.

3. Confidentiality
All personal details and conversations during your session remain confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm).

4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

5. Emergency Disclaimer
This platform is not an emergency service. In case of crisis, please use our Emergency Services page or contact local authorities.

Terms & Conditions – Counsellors

By registering as a counsellor with “That Safe Haven”, you agree to:

1. Professional Standards
You must hold valid qualifications, certifications, and licenses as required by your local laws.

2. Confidentiality & Ethics
All client information must be kept confidential and handled in line with professional ethics.

3. Bookings & Sessions
All appointments must be managed through the platform. Cancelling repeatedly or failing to attend sessions may result in removal from the platform.

4. Payment Structure
Payments will be processed via the platform and remitted as per the agreed schedule.

5. Termination
That Safe Haven reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of non-compliance, misconduct, or breach of agreement.

Terms & Conditions – Therapists

As a therapist on That Safe Haven, you agree to the following:

1. Licensing & Compliance
You must be legally licensed to practice therapy in your jurisdiction. Proof of credentials may be requested.

2. Professional Conduct
Therapists are expected to maintain professional boundaries and follow the highest ethical standards.

3. Client Safety
Any risk of harm identified during sessions must be reported immediately to appropriate authorities.

4. Session Management
Therapists must manage bookings responsibly through the platform and provide timely communication with clients.

5. Payments & Fees
Therapists will receive fees via the platform. Fee structures are subject to mutual agreement.

6. Termination
Breach of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from That Safe Haven.
