We get that all minds need gentle care and trying to take care of it is difficult sometimes. If there’s a speedbump during your first session – talk to us. We are here to help and find the care you need. Even if we have to try 100 times.
I have some questions!
1. What if I don't know if counseling or therapy will help me?
Sometimes in life we don’t always have the answers. And, that’s okay. Reading a bit on what they mean however, might help a bit and there’s no harm in trying either or both.
2. Are all counselors and therapists South Asian?
this is for you. Everyone’s journey is different, and we’re here to support yours.
3. How much $$ should I keep aside per session?
It depends on your budget and the specific kind of care you are looking for. You will see that sessions can be between $20 to $120+.
4. Is everything I say kept safe and confidential?
Yes. All counselors and therapists are legally obligated to practice in line with confidentiality policies and ethical standards.
5. How are you bringing the community together?
For now we start with public community groups you can sign up to and then we move to *drumroll please* events! In-person, real life events, bringing all of us together. Think of a house warming, with all your favourite home cooked food and endless stories.
